Did not find it friendly. The taste of the food was ok but the staff were very cold and slow. Even in the drive thru you had to wait for longer than usual. You had to ask for everything explicitly (sugar to stirrer to napkins) but they were ready to promptly bill you for any change in the order if you asked. They were not slow on that. Will not try to go back again here.

Service was very good. We ordered on line about 40 minutes before closing time and they were pretty much out of most of the donuts we were were hoping to purchase. Our hot drinks were fresh and tasty, but cold drinks (i ced tea) tasted old.

Was my first time here. Service was fast even though this Dunkin was very busy on drive through and inside. Friendly people Clean store Fast Service Everything was fresh Mobile orders can be tracked on a screen facing customers which I found very cool feature Plenty of parking Nice location There are bathrooms Separately for men and women There are recycling bins

Lady at the counter took 5 mins to take a simple order. Then clarified hot or cold latte thrice. Despite clarifying thrice, served cold latte, which had to change. Asked for small latte, gave me large. Then I asked for a small cup to transfer the large cup contents, she told me to order again and that an empty cup will be charged.

This new protein milk is awful. Ordered at the speaker and clarified minimum of 5 times that I wanted the Berry Banana Daydream Refresher, which uses oat milk, as opposed to the Bananaberry Protein Daydream Refresher which, as you can tell by the name, uses protein milk. Had to pull up to the parking lot and they walked out to give me the drink, it had a generous amount of cold foam but of course it said protein milk on it so I clarified again what I asked for and they remade the drink. The new one (while correct) barely had any cold foam on it, so little cold foam that it felt retaliatory like they believed they made the original drink correctly and I was just being a pain. On top of this they charged an extra $1 for the protein milk I never ordered. Will not be coming back here again.
