This review is specifically about the office of attorney George F. Mullen, Esq., who has offices at this address, not the organization located in the building. My experience with this office was very disappointing. I retained their services for an I-130 immigration petition and paid a fee. At no point did I receive direct legal advice from the attorney. All guidance was provided solely by the office paralegal. During the process, I received incorrect information, especially regarding how my plans to travel/study abroad would affect the case, and as a result, they did. Furthermore, I was given unrealistic and inaccurate processing time estimates (4–6 months) for the initial approval, which influenced important decisions for me. There were also communication problems. She would give me an exact date for submitting the request and then disappear for five days without any response. There were delays regarding the dates indicated for submitting the form, and errors in the documentation sent, despite my having provided the correct information (it was sent with spelling mistakes). Due to the lack of direct legal advice, inconsistent information, irresponsibility, disrespect, and the overall experience, I decided to continue my case with a professional. I recommend that future clients ensure their initial consultation and legal advice are directly with the lawyer, not just with support staff, because they are not legally qualified for that. My mistake was trusting that office without finding reviews from other people because they don't have any reviews available anywhere. So I'm leaving this here so that you don't have the same experience I did.
