It was my first time visiting with my son today. I asked the blonde girl if I could have some napkins, and she said "chicken nuggets"—at no point did I say "chicken." I realized they are racist. I ordered a sandwich for my child—cheese, bacon, and egg on the bread, just as it appeared on the menu—but when they handed me the order, it was just the meat, bacon, and mixed cheese without the bread. It felt like a mockery. And wait for the end: when I went and told another girl that this wasn't what was on the menu, she prepared it and brought it to my child, but didn't mention it was extremely hot, and my child got burned. I hadn't checked because I never imagined it would be that hot. Also, the fruit drinks had more ice than flavor; they tasted like nothing and didn't look like the menu picture—there were barely three slices of dried strawberries 🍓 on top. I’ve visited the Manhattan location, and no matter how busy they are, they have such kindness and put real care into what they make. I’m sorry, but I’m being honest. I said they are racist because they were telling other people "enjoy."

Employee Milo provided Excellent customer service. She has alot of patience and understanding. Very personable and caring. She helped me to get a great drink! Because of Milo I will definitely come back to this Starbucks. Thanks so much for being Wonderful

I've been to Starbucks all up and down the east coast and can say that the staff at this Starb's is THE MOST hospitable, friendly, efficient and, dare I say, caring?? It is such a good place to come. Certainly my official comfort zone in Somerville. Thanks, everybody!

I’ve been going here since I was a kid. Now I’m almost 20!! As an adult I can say that this stores service is really above and beyond. They always greet you when you walk in. They are kind and the store is always clean. Great location. Keep it going !! 🥰
